These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and agreements between Frank Photography (Frank Kithinji) and clients. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event date. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit is forfeited but balance is refunded. Cancellations within 30 days: full payment is retained. Rescheduling is accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge (one reschedule allowed).
Standard photo delivery: 10–14 business days. Standard video delivery: 2–3 weeks. Priority delivery available on premium packages. Deliverables are provided via private Pixieset online gallery with download access.
Frank Photography retains copyright of all images and videos produced. Clients receive a personal-use licence. Frank Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial usage of images requires a separate licensing agreement.
Frank Photography carries professional backup equipment and takes all reasonable precautions to deliver services as agreed. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or force majeure, Frank Photography will make every effort to provide a qualified substitute or reschedule at no additional cost.
